The Site is up and you can apply 
The Capitol Site is up and you can go and register.
It is really cool, you enter the site and register - connecting thru facebook or twitter.
I was assigned to District 10 - Livestock.
I may try to apply with different computers just for fun... I can't wait to see what happens, I also applied for expedited processing.
