#bb13 Spoilers - Aug 20
More...
Everyone played except Rachel who hosted (HoH Jeff and 2 nominees Porsche and Kalia) along with 3 picks from random draw as well as Dani who has the veto pass.
Sounds like competition was a matching game of some sort where they wore jackets and ties that were funky.
Jeff won POV also which means he could keep noms the same or backdoor someone.... The ceremony will probably be held Monday as usual.
What do you think will happen?
True Blood Sneak Peak for Tomorrow's Episode
Remember When? Casting Twilight Saga
Do you remember (or did you know) that people were not entirely happy with Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan? There was OUTRAGE over casting Robert Pattinson as Edward... fans had much to say (as they do now about Hunger Games) and Twilight Lexicon relfects on the journey.
Twilight Lexicon wrote an awesome article on the casting of the Twilight Saga Movies and fans reactions to the casting as it occured over the past few years!
For Bella Swan, fans debated over Emily Browning, Alexis Bledel, and Danielle Panabaker as front runners. Fan wanted a true brunette with a small frame and a kind of innocence to her. (Keep in mind that the casting for the film happened before Breaking Dawn was published!) When Kristen Stewart landed the role, the feeling we got at the time from the fandom was that fans weren’t completely thrilled, but they were at least happy that Bella wasn’t being played by a Disney-esque actress and that the film was at least being made.
As fans waited casting of Edward Cullen Stephenie Meyer wrote:
For anyone who’s visited my site, this is not really news. After reading through your comments, though, I felt the need to reiterate a few things:
1) I did not choose Kristen Stewart to play Bella. Summit films choose her. I’m happy with their choice, but it was never up to me.
2) Similarly, I have no choice in the matter of who will play Edward, Alice, or any of the other characters. I have made suggestions, but no one at Summit is obligated to listen to my suggestions. They’re nice enough to let me bug them, but even that is more than I contractually have the right to expect.
3) Begging me to choose a good Edward is a waste of your typing time.
But since we’re on the subject of Edward, I’d like to give you all a little advice (the same advice I’m giving myself). To my knowledge, no one has been cast for the role yet, but here are some things for us to repeat to ourselves daily as we wait for the news:
1) Do not expect the actor who plays Edward to fit your preconceived notions of the character. No one is that perfect; that’s why he’s fictional.
2) DO expect that the actor won’t “look like Edward” to you. Try to be open-minded about that. Headshots lack the magic of makeup and lighting; they aren’t going to convey what the actor might look like on the set.
3) Do not expect a name you’re familiar with; do not expect the guy in your lexicon banner (who is probably too old, not a good enough actor, or not interested anyway).
4) No human actor is pretty enough to really pull off a vampire. What we are hoping for here is that magical element of screen charisma that makes all the difference in the world. Example: Pirates of the Carribean. Were you drooling over pretty Orlando? I wasn’t. I was taken with the drunk pirate in the eyeliner. Some actors can own any scene they’re in. Let’s not focus so much on the perfect face (which no one is going to be happy with regardless); let’s hope for an inebriated pirate. I.e. someone who can own a scene like Johnny or Joaquin or Jonathan Rhys, someone who will make us forget he’s not quite pretty enough to be a vampire.
Here’s my wish: that, after we find out who is going to play Edward, my comments page is not awash with “I can’t believe they picked HIM!”-s and “John Doe is the real Edward and no one else can do it!”-s and “I hate him! I want him to die!”-s. Can we give him a chance to become Edward? Can we let him try to convince us? I’m keeping my mind open. I hope I can keep my comments page open, too
Finally the news came...
The date was Dec. 11, 2007. And this was how we posted the news that day: “Summit Entertainment announced that Robert Pattinson, an actor from the UK, has been cast as Edward Cullen.”
And the world went crazy.
Twilight Lexicon goes on to discuss just WHAT the reaction was, and it was not very positive! People did NOT like Robert Pattinson as their precious Edward. Catherine Hardwicke told me once that she had to convince the studio that she could MAKE Robert Pretty enough for fans (starting with hair extensions that he hated ha ha)
Lexicon wrote a fantastic article reflecting on casting over the movies and fan reactions. It really made me think of how we are acting with Hunger Games. Read more at Twilight Lexicon

Booboo Stewart & Gil Birmingham at Boston Twilight Convention
Robert Pattinson is very cool. He worked with him a bunch in Breaking Dawn. He is a really funny and really cool guy. He loved working with him.
Booboo hasn’t had to deal with too many crying fans. But his sister burst into tears when she met Channing Tatum.
Booboo really enjoyed the live concerts he did to support a group fighting child abuse.
Music is way harder than acting. Lots more work comes down to you alone you don’t have a staff to do other things.
Booboo loves amusement parks but does not like roller coasters. He does like the Mattehorn and the Tea Cup Rides at Disney
He’s enjoying White frog
He really likes working with Tyler Posey. he’s a cool guy.
His favorite part of being on Eclipse was finally meeting everyone.
The hard part was keeping it a secret for so long. It was also hard to cut his hair because it used to be really long. He never had short hair before Twilight.

Tinsel Korey at Creation Entertainment's Twilight Convention in Boston
Twilight Lexicon live blogged the panel:
Tinsel loved going back to La Push. She was so glad to see the kids there again and did an acting class for them
Tinsel urges the audience to sign the Tsunami petition for the Quiluetes to be able to move out of the danger zone http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/222/865/022/
Favorite BD experience was a beach scene that the entire wolfpack was there for it was a way to wrap up and say goodbye
Bill condon is officially awesome as far as Tinsel is concerned!
Tinsel would work with Gwenneth Paltrow given the chance.
She’d also loves that she is working w/ Bronson Pelletier in the upcoming Fishng Naked. She thinks of him like a little brother.
Tinsel says that she is looking forward to the new Ryan Gossling movie because he looks so hot in it.
She is also looking forward to Taylor Lautner in Abduction

#bb13 Spoilers - August 18 11pm
HoH results and who that person has mentioned as possible nominations....
Jeff won HoH... he filled his "ball" up first and got the white ball out. It was clear he would win as he was a few inches a head of everyone else.
From general chit chat so far tonight it seems he will put up Dani/Kalia/Porsche in some combination and if veto is used, the third gal will be replacement.
He may approach Dani and tell her to NOT use the veto if he puts up Kalia/POrsche, but isn't sure he can trust her so may put her up forcing her to play veto for herself. He needs to talk to production to fully understand how her veto card works... He wants to fish it out of her so it can't be played later on and bite him in the ass.
We shall see.
Brendon is gone, Rachel is a bit mopey but not nearly as bad as last time, I think she is ready to fight...
What do you think???

When You Were Mine movie before novel?
I love when traditional stories are retold, but from a different perspective or point of view. Gregory Maguire is a favourite author because he has taken well-known fairy tales and tells them in a different way (Wicked, Confessions of an Ugly Step Sister, etc.)
Rebecca Serle is authour of the upcoming "When You Were Mine" which takes the story of Romeo & Juliet but examines Rosaline (Romeo's previous lover)
Page to Premiere posted this:
Rebecca Serle is the author of the upcoming novel When You Were Mine. It is a twist on the well-known Romeo and Juliet that follows the minor character Rosaline, the girl Romeo claims to love before he meets Juliet. Simon & Schuster will publish it in May 2012, but the twist is that the movie adaptation may very well be out before then. Vulture is reporting that the adaptation has been fast tracked and could be created and released before the book release.
Fox 2000 Pictures is going to be producing the film and is reportedly in talks with Kiera Knightley about the starring role, though Lily Collins may also be a strong contender. “(500) Days of Summer” screenwriters Scott Neustader and Michael H. Weber were hired to adapt the yet-unpublished novel and Shawn Levy will direct.
For the comments: What do you think the side effects of a book releasing after its movie would be? Is it possible for the book to ruin the movie?

Collector's Edition Hunger Games Available for Pre-Order
EW.com has posted a first look at the slipcover and book cover for the upcoming Collector’s Edition of The Hunger Games!
”It’s been fun for the art director and me to revisit the mockingjay images,” Scholastic editorial director David Levithan told EW. “Amazingly, we chose the mockingjay image for the first book before we knew how crucial it would be in the trilogy, and we concepted the cover directions for Catching Fire and Mockingjay before we’d read a word of either book.”

James Marsters and Charisma Carpenter gueszt star on Supernatural
Buffy Fans are excited about Sarah Michelle Geller's return to tv this fall, (RINGER) but we will have something else to look forward to it seems.... Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia) and James Marsters (Spike) of Buffy and Angel fame will be guest staring as husband and wife in an upcoming episode of Supernatural (Season 7, Episode 5 to be exact)
It just happens to film in Vancouver, where I live, and it just happens to have not been filmed YET - - which means... I need to get my search-on for upcoming filming locations with them... If I met Spike... I would probably grin from ear to ear for months!! ADORE HIM!!
Hypable writes:
Charisma Carpenter and James Marsters of course both starred on Buffy and Angel, and while they did not have major storylines together on either show, they did share some pretty classic moments, like in the final season of Angel, when Cordy returns and Spike bites her to check if she is human.
This is fantastic news for Buffy fans, who haven’t seen a more significant reunion since Sarah Michelle Gellar and Seth Green in Scooby Doo! Supernatural has already featured several of the show’s stars, including Amy Acker, Julie Benz, Amber Benson and Mercedes McNab.
This is exciting!!!

Jennifer Lawrence recorded "Rue's Lullaby' for The Hunger Games
What was previously just speculation based off a soon deleted blog post by a recording studio in North Carolina is now confirmation from the man himself: Jennifer Lawrence recorded ‘Rue’s Lullaby’ for the Hunger Games soundtrack! MTV spoke with Burnett at the recent Big Lebowski reunion in New York City and he not only informed them that she sang it, but that it’ll be ready for release soon!
“Yeah, we did that. We recorded that,” Burnett said about “Rue’s Lullaby.” “And it’ll be coming out soon.”
While Burnett and Elfman are ready to release Lawrence’s recording, the two Grammy winners are only just getting started on their “Hunger Games” work. What they have planned has blown Burnett away. “It’s 300 years in the future, so we can take all sorts of liberties,” Burnett said of the story. “[Elfman's] got an incredible space he’s put together. It’s the most incredible studio I’ve ever seen and he’s got drums and marimbas and a cimbalom — just crazy instruments everywhere. We’re just going to go over there and rock out. I think we’re just going to play together. We’re going to do it together.”

The Hunger Games: Capitol Photos not "Wild" enough?
Breaking Dawn Movie Poster... or not..
@Jack_Morrissey tweeted replies to fans questions about the poster.
He shared the following:
•That's another promo poster and not a theatrical poster.
•Bill's role in this poster: no he doesn't sign off on that stuff.
•The theatrical designs I got to see were very pretty
•How long until we see them: You don't have to wait that long...
•On wanting a more romantic poster with E&B and less stiff: You're going to get what you want.
•On BD theater poster: It won't suck. Promise.
•Regarding Bella's hair: I honestly don't think you'll have any complaints about that in the movie...
•Again, there'll be lots more to choose from in a couple months, give or take.
•Complaints about the poster and lack of covers: Just you wait. Also, two EW R/K covers aren't enough for you by now? No? Okay, just checking - sheesh! ;-)
•Of course there will be more posters, but whether you like them is yet to be determined!
•Fan stating all they really need is one good pic of E&B how hard is that: They're comin', they're comin'...

Master Chef Finale
The show was two hours and opened with a mystery box challenge which brought the cooks full circle - - Chicken!
They had 60 minutes to prepare an entree that would wow the judges.
Christian
He created a Bacon wrapped chicken with French Onion Sauce and acorn squash. He had good taste but poor plating.
Adrien
He created a Briased Chicken thigh with acorn squah and asparagus on rice. He used herb oil and had a salsa verde. He was complimented on both plating and taste. His asparagus was cooked in rendered bacon fat which added a nice flavour according to the judges.
Jennifer
She also did a Bacon wrapped chicken with apples and jalepeno. She stuffed her chicken and although it was strong creatively, it feel short in some technique as the thigh was undercooked slightly.
The judges decided who was weakest, who won the challenge and then they moved onto the Pressure test....
Read on for results, recap and spoilers....
Jennifer's was the weakest according to the judges and Adrien won the challenge, giving him first pick of the three choices of ingredients in the Pressure Test.
Choice #1 - Veal
Choice #2 - Mushrooms
Choice #3 - Octopus
Adrien went on a limb and chose Octopus for himself. A risk that could make or break him given the difficulty of the ingredient.
Christian had second choice, ultimately choosing for Jennifer also. He chose veal, leaving Jennifer with mushrooms, which he hoped would be a challenge for her. Unfortunately for him, she grew up near mushroom capitol and is VERY familiar with the various types available for this challenge.
They had 10 minutes to gather ingredients only, 60 minutes to cook and then present to the judges. All previous contestents were brought back to the gallery to cheer the final three on.
Christian
Planned a complex veal dish that fell flat half way through and so he changed it up to be a simple veal, mashed potatoe and vegetable medley. He made themistake of serving bone-on veal atop the mashed potatoes, which led to an embarassing moment of Joe cutting it off the bone and replating it for him. He was complimented on good taste, even cooking of the veal but fairly simple dish.
Adrien
He created a pan seared octopus with saffron rice and watercress salad. It was beautifully plated and he was complimented on the flavour, technique and overall skill.
Jennifer
Took a huge risk creating a Mushroom and egg raviolo with mushroom ragu. She changed her pasta up part way through opting to do the ravioli and creating an egg yolk pasta where if cooked correctly would ooze over the dish and if cooked incorrectly would create a tasteless dish clearly under or over cooked.
In the end the judges chose Adrien and Jennifer to move onto the finals, leaving Christian utterly shocked!
Christian joined the gallery upstairs and we moved onto the second house of the two-hour finale with the final two ready to roll.
Jennifer and Adrien's families were brought in to cheer from the gallery and the challenge began.
Task:
2 hours to prepare an appetizer, entree and dessert.
Appetizer
Adrien - Spot Prawns Taquitos with avocado sauce and microgreens. He used jicama not tortilla's and it was described as a light but fresh flavour.
Jennifer - Seared callops and quail eggs with cream corn and pea puree. It was complimented for excellent cooking and taste.
Entree
Adrien - Beer Braised Short Ribs
Jennifer - Stuffed Quail with Jalepeno and chorizo.
Both entree's were complimented on amazing plating, taste and skill.
Dessert
Adrien - Chocolate Torte with blood orange, passion fruit and chipotle. Judges were disaapointed with it overall.
Jennifer - Pears and Apples in a wine sauce. Chef's liked flavour but thought it was too simple.
In the end the winner was announced......... Jennifer!
I was pretty shocked! I had been rooting for her and Adrien for a while now, especially after Ben left. I did not like Christian or Suzy but feared Christian may win or make the final two, despite his ego.
I am pretty happy with the results overall... it was a great season!
Are you happy with the results?
SYTYCD Canada Top 12 becomes 10 on Tonight's Results Show
Top 12 Routine
"Dirty Dancer" - Enrique Inglesias
Results....More...
Results:
Melissa & Adam - safe
Jordan & Francois - safe
Lindsay & Christian - in danger
Geisha & Joey - in danger
Denitsa & Matt - safe
Yulia & Shane - in danger
These reults were not too surprising, but I really thought Geisha and Joey did well last night.
Solo's
Lindsay
Jason Derulo - "Whatchya Say"
Amazing to see her dance her solo, stunning!
Geisha
Robyn - "Indestructible"
A regular in the solo's. She did well but not mind-blowing.
Yulia
Cherry poppin' Daddies - "Jump Jivin' & Wail"
Same as usual, great technique in her own style... not very good in anything else, always in the bottom and always saved by judges - Lame!
Christian
AfroJack - "Take Over Control"
Great to see in the solo's he is absolutely amazing to watch!
Joey
Michael Bublé - "Feelin' Good"
Fabulous dancer, amazing solo, I just adore him!
Shane
(Unknown which artist did this version) - "Stand By Me"
Really brought it in his solo, which was a surprise, I thought he would go based on the other two in the bottom.
I was shocked to see Geisha and Joey sent home. I knew Geisha or Yulia would leave, based on the number of times they have been in the bottom, but Joey? I am stunned! He is amazing!
So now we have our Top 10... Jordan is still a favourite but she is being outshined by Melissa as of late. Joey was my favourite male dancer and now that he is gone... I am sad!
You & I - Lady Gaga Video
I love the mermaid, I love mermaids... I am confused by a lot of it.... but the mermaid is awesome!
I also like seeing her in so many different ways, I like her playing the piano best, though it is neat to see her in drag on top of the piano also.
Overall, creative, amazing, as always!
Thoughts?
Oh and I love this song, it is very country-pop

More on EW Magazine Cover and Breaking Dawn Eye Colour questions
While I speculated it was because of the water reflection or the contacts not working in the water and the colour being changed post-production and that edit hadn't happened yet, it seems there is another possibility.
What doesn't make sense to me is why they would do the hair, wardrobe, pale make-up and everything.... except the contacts....
I mean, if it was an oversight, say so and just fix it for the movie right?
I don't know, and I don't care... they know now and will fix it for the movie ha ha - for now we can look at Rob & Kristen's real eye colour and imagine it is just a photo from their day off, ha ha!

Pride, Prejudice and ZOmbies to start filming in 2012?
Are you ready for this remake of a classic novel to be made into a movie?
It should start filming next year....
The “Pride’ adaptation has been on the table for a while now, having gone through directors David O. Russell and Mike White before landing with Gillespie. This time, however, it sounds like they’ve finally found a way to do the Seth Grahame-Smith retelling of the Jane Austen novel justice on screen. The Playlist spoke with Craig Gillespie, who confirmed ‘Zombies’ is moving forward and he hopes to get it rolling in 2012.
“I’m hoping to be shooting in the beginning of next year, so we’ll see,” Gillespie tells The Playlist. Gillespie couldn’t confirm cast yet at this point, but he did say that they have a script ready to go. “David O. Russell wrote a great script, but I actually just wrote a rewrite with [‘Fright Night’ screenwriter] Marti Noxon and we’re just going after cast.”

Master Chef Top 4
Tonight the Top 4 cooks teamed up in pairs and cooked for 3 judges from international Master Chef shows in Indian, Isreal and France, along with USA's three regular chefs.
Since Suzy won the challenge last she got to pick her partner, ultimately picking the teams. Lucky for us she chose cocky, arrogant, but talented Christian, leaving Adrien and Jennifer happily paired.
The task was to prepare 6 portions of one dish that represented American and showcased their skills.
Suzy and Christian went with a fancy version of Thanksgiving Dinner which included duck, mashed sweet potatoes and so on. To be honest, my husband makes something similar at least once a year. I was disappointed with the creativity and shocked Christian didn't raise a bigger fuss about it. He messed up the sauce and so Suzy made one up in the final 10 minutes of the challenge much to Gordon Ramsay's dismay.
Jennifer and Adrien (who got a very cute hair cut by the way) went with a seafood dish that married East and West together. They were both really proud of their dish and it looked fantastic next to the other dish.
The 6 judges tasted, questioned and commented on the dishes and it seemed like a toss up but Jennifer and Adrien won, despite some faults, they out did Christian and Suzy.
In the pressure test Suzy and Christian had to make Lemon Meringue Pie.
Suzy seemed happy since she has pastry experience and Christian does not, but I wasn't convinved, he seems to pull cooking miracles out his giant egotistical head.
When I think of Lemon Meringue Pie I remember going to ABC Family Restaurant where Millie was the baker. She made "mile-high" lemon meringue pie that literally had meringue 4x as high as the lemon curd. It was giant! The first step was to push on it and get some air out so you could have a bite with the lemon curd, but even the meringue on it's own had a sweet taste. These pies tonight had no such meringue... it was disappointing that our own local Millie could do up a better pie... ooh, I miss her fresh berry pies also.... but back to the show..
Neither had much meringue. Hers was too white, undercooked and barely there. His was overcooked, separating and bland. Neither perfected the crust and either could have gone home based on their pies, but Suzy was sent packing.
Tomorrow Night we get to see one more go home and I am HOPING it is Christian, but I doubt it.
Both Ben last week and Suzy tonight told Gordon Ramsay Adrien will win Master Chef and I hope they are correct!
Hells Kitchen Top 9
From sticky buns, to playboy playmates, Tonight's episode was pretty awesome.
The first challenge was to make desserts for guest judges Waylynn Lucas and Jordan Kahn.
After some disagreement, the Red Team left Elise's giant cup of something out of the competition. Jennifer volunteered her's out first to stop the fighting but Carrie was adament about removing Elise's.
Blue vs. Red
Tommy's Sticky Buns (which he makes for his 19 year old girlfriend, yes he is 31) got a total of 2 stars
vs. Jaime's bread pudding which for a total of 3 stars
Paul's banana polenta got 3 stars from each judge for a total of 6 stars
vs. Lis'z ricotta something or other which only got 3 stars.
Natalie's espresson bread pudding brough in a total of 3 stars
vs. Carrie's Blondie which only got 2 stars
Finally Will got 2 stars for his dessert vs. Jennifer who got 6 stars giving the Red Team the win!
Chef Ramsay had the judges taste Elise's dessert and they said it smelled like vinegar and was disgusting, so Carrie was right in having it removed instead of Jennifer's who gave them the win with 6 stars!
The reward
The ladies went to Vegas and stayed in an amazing villa. They met Holly madison the playboy playmate and won a trip to return to Vegas after Hell's Kitchen ends!
Date Night in Hell's Kitchen
Dinner Service was a disaster After their win, the red team had numerous failures in the kitchen leaving them vulnerable to send someone home.
After both Carrie and Elise had been kicked out of the kitchen for crappy service and Jaime and Tommy had both been kind of lost in their own kitchens it came down to Carrie or Elise to go home.
Chef Ramsay called them both... to go back in line, much to everyone's shock and sent Jaime home.
Jaime was an early favourite along with Jonathan and with both gone I am left only with my Top 2, both who are on the Blue Kitchen...
Will & Natalie.
Who are you rooting for ?
What did you think of tonight's episode?
Bachelor Pad 2 Episode 2
That, was tonight's episode....

The challenge involved paint filled eggs. My first question? Who the heck filled them up!? I have done Easter Egg decorations with my daughter and we do hard-boiled because draining those things of yolk, through little holes... yea - no way!
Anyways the men were targets first and the women were asked demoralizing questions such as:
Who is the least attractive?
Who does not deserve the money?
Who do you want to send home?
They would huck their paint filled egg at the person, Jake got the most for the men and I felt bad for the guy. I mean, I really liked him originally, then after the live break-up when he snapped at Vienna I felt like maybe he had a dark side, and now, I think she is bat shit crazy and it is NOT just the producers editing making her look nuts.
Then they switched and then men tossed eggs at the women. They almost all chose Erica as the least attractive and the one they would send home next, it was absolutely devestating to watch. Yes, she is "thicker" than the other women, but she is still thinner than the average American. She also has giant injected lips and acts like a total princess... I am not a fan of her, but tonight, seeing her pegged with paint filled eggs repeatedly, I felt so bad. I was in tears! How hurtful! I am sure she is a wonderful person, despite the character she portrays on tv, and either way no one deserves to feel that little about themselves because of pompous reality tv men!
In the end it was Melissa and Michael won.
Michael took Michelle, Erica and Holly on the date to an old asylum where they walked through the creepy place with night cams and squeals of fear at possible ghosts. Michael felt bad for pelting Erica in the back, as he should, and they had a sweet moment of trying to have a seance ha ha. In the end, after some Michelle Money's trademark meddling, Michael gave Holly the rose and they had some sweet talk on the roof about their relationship and how they are still in love but confused and had bad timing.
I have heard they are not only together now still but expecting?
Melissa chose Kasey, Blake and ... they went on a yaht and Melissa's plan was to give the rose to Kasey, but she fell victim to the sexy-on-mute Blake's charms. They had an awkward make-out session and she gave him the rose. Melissa tweeted later than Kasey and her agreed to do that since who ever got the rose stayed for romantic time after, but the show made it seem like Kasey was upset. Who knows!
Later Blake and Holly get close, which is awkward since her ex fiance is in the house and Melissa has decided her and Blake are an item. She comes across clingy and crazy again while Blake says some incredibly mean things and compares himself to a prostitute but regretting aligning with "the crazy one" Dramaz
In the end ABC decides Jake can't go home yet so they change the rules to say two women are leaving and that the women will vote also. More drama and Gia leaves on her own, then it's between Jackie and Ella - randomly.
Sadly Jackie goes home, leaving the romantic Ames in shock. He says his good-bye's then as he walks back to the crowd he simply says "bye" and runs to the limo where he enters and joins Jackie.... awnnnn....
This just lit my heart with happy flames. I so love Ames. I mean, I didn't get it at first on Ashley's season, but then, I saw it unfortunately the night he was sent home. Now on Bachelor Pad, to see him and Jackie fall in such a short time, I felt like it was something special also. For him to leave like that?! And Jackie seems incredible, but I have heard they are already broken up - - - total Buzz Kill!
*le sigh*
Maybe Ames will be the next Bachelor? I absolutely adore him now!
Anyways, looks like this season continues to be, as William tweets, the Jake and Vienna Show... and he is an extra!
I am tired of it but I get that it brings in the ratings.
Next week I hope for more drama and less douchery from stupid people... is that too much to ask? Yes, I know - far too much to ask, this is reality tv after all - famewhores unite!

SYTYCD Canada Top 12 Performance Show
Judges: Jean-Marc, Tre, Blake, Luther, Mary
Here is a summary of the evening's routines along with Power Rankings as I posted on PURESYTYCD.com
More...
Christian & Lindsey
Salsa - Claudia Primeau & Francis LeFreniere
"Aquanile" - Hector Lavoe
The idea of this routine was that Lindsey was an exotic bird. They had awesome outfits and a cage. I love both dancers, but I think because this dance was first, a little different and not overly memorable, it may put them in risk this week.
Adam & Melissa
Contemporary - Sabrina Matthews
"Set Fire to the Rain' - Adele
The theme to this was a couple who ruin each other being together. It was supposed to be a controlled chaos with wild movements and I think they did absolutely wqonderfully. I had goosebumps the entire routine and could NOT take my eyes off Melissa. Her legs were so strong, her movements so fierce! Blake even went so far as to say he loved Melanie, who just won USA, but that Melissa would tear her apart! It was Melissa's 5th consecutive standing ovation from the judges and the audience!
Matt & Denitsa
Hip Hip - Steve Bolton
"C'mon Catch 'em by Surprise" - Diplo & Tiesto (ft Busta Rhymes)
I have to say I was impressed with this routine despite judges criticism. I do feel it is probably too little, too late, but we will see what the voters decide. Looking at the overall season I feel these two may be at risk of going home, but tonight's number was pretty great! They were HARD hitting and really in it!
Yulia & Shane
Jive - Danny Arbour
"Thunder on the Mountain" - Wanda Jackson (Ft Jack White)
It was a good effort, strong choreography and solid performance, though I am not sure it will be memorable or strong enough to keep them out of the bottom three, especially given the past results with voters and these dancers. It is odd that they did not mention Carlena's name. They showed Yulia danced with JP last week and then showed Shane danced his solo last week but no mention or Carlena... then, Danny said Shane had to carry "his partner" last week, but this week Yulia will have to carry him. It was very odd to me, but maybe I am over thinking it? Anyhow, the dance was just meh for me overall.
Geisha & Joey
Afro-Jazz - Sean Cheesman
"Jungle" - Highlight Tribe
I love Sean Cheesman's routines, so forgive me if I rave about it a bit. This dance was so physical and hard-hitting and amazing! I thought they looked like warriors in the jungle! Sean's style is so unique and entertaining, I always love when a couple pulls "Afro-Jazz." I have been a huge fan of Joey's from the start (He and Jordan) but Geisha did well this week. I think the reason Joey found himself in the bottom last week was because Geisha is a weaker dancer. But I think they will be safe this week, unless Canada is crazy!
Jordan & Francois
Contemporary - Sabrina Matthews
"Let Go' - Frou Frou
This piece was dedicated to Sabrina Matthews newlywed husband and was about taking a leap of faith in love and life. It was beautifully choreographed and even more beautifully danced by Jordan and Francois. I am not a Francois fan, but Jordan has been my favourite since the start.
Top 12 Group RoutineHip Hop - ShoTyme
"I can Transform Ya" - Chris Brown (ft Lil Wayne)
I really loved this routine. It was impressive to see a group of 12 NON-HIP HOP DANCERS perform such a hard hitting, fast, fun routine.
Power Rankings
Top 3
1 - Adam & Melissa
2 - Jordan & Francois
3 - Geisha & Joey
Bottom 3
4 - Christian & Lindsey
5 - Matt & Denitsa
6 - Yulia & Shane
I have to say I had 2 & 3 switched originally. Also, I had 4 & 6 switched originally, but changed them up because of overall performances.
I really think it is time for Yulia or Denitsa to go but based on tonight only I'd send Yulia and probably Shane would go also.
It is getting harder to say good-bye.
Tomorrow we find out our TOP 10 as well as see a group "mobster" routine choreographed by Jean Marc Genereux and France Mousseau.
What did you think of tonight's show? Do you agree or disagree with my Power Rankings? Leave comments below!
Terra Nova Army
Of course, I had to check it out, because I am pretty intrigued by this new show, especially after reviews of it at SDCC.

Teen Wolf Finale
Cute boys, Topless Men, love story, family drama, new girl in town, and of course werewolves... all that is missing are vampires... but maybe that is getting a little played out?
Tonight's episode was the finale of the first season of Teen Wolf and I was glad to get some answers and some closure, with just enough cliff hanger for season 2.
I love newbie Tyler Posey (who was allegedly in the running for Jacob Black in Twilight) as well as Dylan O'Brien and of course Tyler Hoechlin (Martin from 7th Heaven)
I could eat.... um... ANYTHING... off his abs!
Anyhow, tonight in a nutshell:
-Boy tells girl he loves her
-Girls dad tries to kill him
-Girl discovers boy is werewolf
-Girl goes with aunt to kill werewolves
-Alpha tries to kill girls friend
-Boys best friend helps Alpha
-everyone meets to fight
-Alpha kicks butt
-Beta's fight back
-non-werewolf best friend and arch nemisis arrive and save the day
-girl loves boy
-aunt dies
-beta Derek kills Alpha ruining any chance of a cure and making himself scary red-eyed, but finally smiling Alpha
-arch nemisis begs new alpha to give him a bite to make him a werewolf
-credits roll
Did I miss anything?
Oh yea, more were-hunters are coming to town....

Glee Cast in Vogue Magazine
Glee cast discuss their fashion-sense on and off camera with Vogue.
Don’t expect to see off-duty cast members looking like their fictional doppelgängers. “I would never wear a sweater with an animal face!” laughs Lea Michele, who plays driven baby-diva Rachel, and who confesses that she has lately developed a serious crush on Oscar de la Renta. But Murphy puts Michele’s current sartorial confidence in clearer perspective. “When I met Lea, she was only sort of interested in clothes—but in the last two years she’s become a red-carpet star. I think what happened is Lea went to an event, and someone said, ‘Oh, you look pretty.’ It was an interesting moment for her.”

Tonight's True Blood
I can not wait for tonight's True Blood Episode. We were left hanging last week as Jessica walked for the sun... I know she will live, her character is too hot and sexy and awesome to kill.
Boston Herald writes:
Witches vs. vampires - whose side are you on?
The war between the two factions escalates on tonight’s episode of HBO’s “True Blood” (at 9 p.m.). In “Spellbound?,” written by series creator Alan Ball, Marnie/Antonia (the sublime Fiona Shaw) and Bill (Stephen Moyer) face off in a cemetery.
Bill claims he wants peace, but he’s brought a small army with him, including Sookie (Anna Paquin) and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard). Things get violent fast, and Sookie’s life - and love life - just be taking yet another dramatic swerve.
“There’s no such thing as forever,” Sookie tells Eric earlier in the episode, and those words seem prophetic. The two take their intimacy to even greater - bloodier - levels.
Alcide (Joe Manganiello) vows to stay away from Sookie, but that’s a promise he cannot keep. Sam (Sam Trammell) makes a new enemy, while his brother Tommy (Marshall Allman) walks in a woman’s shoes. Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis) is no longer himself - literally.
Jessica (Deborah Ann Wolf) and Hoyt (Jim Parrack) experience not one but two wrenching break-ups. But Jessica discovers moving on with Jason (Ryan Kwanten) will not be that easy. Wolf and Parrack have been this show’s underrated stars. They give this show its emotional pulse, and I root for them even though their relationship seems about as doomed as anything in Bon Temps.
Robert Pattinson Officially cast in Unbound Captives
Stowe came up with the idea to write "a large romantic Western" that was inspired, she said, by stories of the Hill Country in the late 1800s. "I heard about children who were abducted by Comanche Indians and became so acculturated that they had a hard time returning.
"Our ranch had a real history," she added. "When I lived there, I felt a certain way about Texas that I hadn't seen filmed yet."
She'll start directing The Unbound Captives next year, she said, and already has rounded up the main cast: Hugh Jackman, Rachel Weisz and Robert Pattinson.
