Carrie - the remake

I think she hits it right on. The original is just that, the original. It is epic and catures the raw emotion of the horror perfectly. I don't think it can be touched. To be honest, I feel that way about a lot of remakes, but especially horrors. The older versions may not have the special FX or CGI but the emotion is real.

Even though I have met Joss and Nathan before, I would love to meet them again and Amy Acker is amazing!! Plus Alexis Denisof is super cool, it's all my fave sci-fi tv starws from the 90s LOL.

The reasonably priced tickets are sold out, so I probably won't be going (sorry $225 gala event is a tad out of my price range) But i I am in Seattle that day (which I very well might be) I may check it out.

Waiting for White Frog

I have been waiting for this movie since Booboo Stewart talked about it at the Twilight Convention in December 2011 in Orlando Florida. I have worked with autistic children a lot in the past and am interested in how this movie turns out.

High-school freshman, Nick (The Twilight Saga’s Booboo Stewart), is a neglected teen with mild Asperger’s syndrome whose life is challenged and ultimately changed forever when tragedy hits his family. Once Upon A Time finale filming

Today my family went to Steveston, B.C. for a nice day of sunshine and to see some of the sets used in 'Storybrooke'

Even though we don't live too far away, we had never had the time to go check it out, so today was the day - and a great day it was.
We found out they had filmed that morning and got to watch them film two different scenes.

The first scene was Gold and Belle and the second scene involved the dwarves. We also saw a quick scene involving some extras
We found out the finale would air early or mid-May and it was a two-hour finale (not sure if two hour on one night or two separate nights)



*SPOILER*
Gold walked out of his shop in a suit and sun glasses, looked around then Belle came out of the shop in a tight black mini dress. She looked around then said something we could not hear before giving him a hug.

Next the extras, one girl and two boys, ran down the sidewalk past Golds shop. They could have been running from something.

Last the dwarves were in the main street. We left as this scene began.

Before filming, we were taking photos outside Golds and noticed this happening inside... very cool preparations for filming!




Was super cool of the cast to wave good bye and stop to talk with fans, I am regretting not going to see filming sooner, but excited to catch part of the season finale filming

I am loving all the Catching Fire character posters coming out - I mean, it is only March and we have 8 months still to go... gah!

MTV Movie Awards

So MTV Movie Awards are April 14, 2013... earlier than usual, not sure why. Another change is that Twilight is not nominated... this sent social media into a frenzy as my facebook and twitter feeds became a flow of eme's hating on MTV. Don't mess with Twihard ok?

To be fair, Taylor Lautner has one nomination for best shirtless performance... but usually Twilight dominates not only the nominees, but the wins.... I wonder what happened? Are they over it? Were they purposely snubbed? Did they ask not to be included? I have no idea, but fans are mad!

I don't care too much, I mean they would have dominated every category as usual... *shrugs* everyone knows it - they also know an MTV award is pretty much no big deal in the grand scheme of awards.....

I am rooting for Channing Tatum anything and everything and of course Hunger Games and the cast....

Rover Set Photo shows Robert Pattinson's rotting teeth

Robert Pattinson is sexy right? I don't deny that fact, though I am def. not as crazy about him as most of my other friends... still, he's a sexy beast... but this new photo just turns me right off... *gag* I get it isn't "real" but it is still gross looking....

No more nude Jennifer Lawrence in next X-Men

"I'm so excited because I'm going to wear a body suit," she told E!. "It will be from neck down so it will cut out time and the blisters."

A doctor had to be called to the set to treat her during filming of Matthew Vaughn's film.

The actress added that filming will begin around May.

"I haven't read the script yet," she said. "I haven't had 30 minutes. They literally gave me the script and I was like, 'I can't read this until Monday'."

I am so excited, I love X-Men and all the actors....

She will rejoin X-Men: First Class cast members James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender and Nicholas Hoult in the film.

Bryan Singer has also secured the return of Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page and Shawn Ashmore from the previous trilogy, with Halle Berry "90% sure" that she will also be back.

Game of Thrones Peter Dinklage will star as one of the film's villains.
