District 1 Tributes have been cast according to the Official Facebook Page.

Leven is no stranger to avid TV watchers who've likely seen her in a slew of roles on shows like "One Tree Hill," "Wizards of Waverly Place" and "All My Children." She's probably most recognizable as Riley Dawson from "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and as Eric Dane's daughter, Sloan Riley, on "Grey's Anatomy." While Leven's co-tribute Jack may be a big-screen newbie, he's no stranger to Hollywood. If his last name sounds familiar, it's because he's the son of actors Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan.
All My Children and Grey's Anatomy actress Leven Rambin has been cast as District 1 Tribute, Glimmer.
Jack Quaid (Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid's son) has been cast as the other District 1 Tribute, Marvel.
