Basically, I see no proof they are an item ha ha - oh Paparazzi how silly... are slimey stories that hard to come by right now?

And if that isn't proof how about birthday girl herself Shannon Woodward tweeting:

"Flirty fun"!? There was no flirty fun at my birthday party. Only Darth Vader fun. A common misconception.

The videos clearly show friends hanging out and having fun... plus Katy Perry has a boyfriend (and allegedly so does Robert ha ha) and the 2nd video below shows Katy with Russell Brand holding hands and walking into the hotel together....

Side Note, why in this first video does the person repeatedly (and quickly) zoom in and out in and out ????

For the second time in as many years, Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry came together to help a mutual friend celebrate her birthday.

The Twilight star and pop music hitmaker did some partying into the wee hours last night at Dimples karaoke bar in Burbank for actress Shannon Woodward's big day...

"Rob showed up at about 11:15 and Katy about an hour later," a bar spy tells us.
Pattinson didn't do any singing, but did smoke "like a chimney," says our source.

Perry belted out "All I Want for Christmas." We're told she wasn't exactly on key and apparently cracked something along the lines of, "I can't believe I get paid for this."

Pattinson and Perry were on hand last year at Il Sole restaurant when Woodward hosted a dinner for a small group of friends. (She costars in indie flick Girlfriend with Twilight star Jackson Rathbone.)

Also on hand at Dimples last night was our E! News pal Ashlan Gorse, who happened to be celebrating her B-day, too.

Robert Pattinson was spotted at Dimples Supper Club in Burbank California last night. He attended friend Shannon Woodward's birthday party. Katy Perry was also in attendance. Radar Online wrote a slimy little story about how Katy and Rob looked "more than just friends" and how Rob was drunk blah blah blah. According to them, "Rob and Katy only had eyes for each other. We observed them sitting face-to-face, touching foreheads and acting very flirty with each other. They were both giggling and Katy looked positively giddy!"

Rob and Katy attended Shannon's birthday party last year and the same "Rob and Katy are so doing it!" stories were told... 1 year later, same people, different venue, same story :)

Mandy's Mind - Mutual Friends, Booze, Club, people need to get close to talk (remember Kings of Leon Concert?)Just because people are having a good time together doesn't mean they are banging... also doesn't mean they aren't..... but my vote is they aren't.
