Two Night Stand comes out in August

The LA Times released the first image from indie romantic comedy 'Two Night Stand" staring Miles Teller, Analeigh Tipton and Jessica Szhor. It was filed in 2012 and will (finally) be released in August.  

Teller and Tipton play a pair of unlikely lovers who have a drunken one night stand and plan on never seeing each other again, only to have those plans thrown out the window when they wake up to find a blizzard outside and are trapped together.

Love Miles and excited to finally see this will be released

The Divergent red carpet experience was incredible. Miles Teller and Jai Courtney were amazing. They took time to ensure every fan got a photo, autograph, hello or high five. They spent over an hour with fans and press and fan sites who lined the red carpet in Seattle. I posted my videos last night, but wanted to share a few of the photos I took also....

Miles Teller can do it all

I am so impressed with the volume and diversity of roles in which Miles Teller has been offered and performed recently.

Right now it's really good to be Miles Teller. He's been dubbed the next big thing at two consecutive Sundance Film Festivals, starting with last year's powerful teen romance,The Spectacular Now, for which he and Shailene Woodley shared dramatic acting awards. This year he came back swinging in Whiplash, playing a jazz drumming protege at the mercy of his ruthless instructor, played by J.K. Simmons. And since then, things have only gotten better with major roles in Fantastic Four and the boxing biopic,  Bleed for This.

Let's not forget Divergent in March. I have to say, he is a talker, he is a 'class clown' and jokster, but he also has some major acting chops! I can't see what else the future has in store for Miles!

#DIVERGENT Nation Wide Tour

MEET THE CAST OF DIVERGENT!

We're excited to announce that author Veronica Roth and the cast of DIVERGENT will attend red Carpet Screenings in 14 cities in North America starting March 3. Each city will host a local red carpet screening which moviegoers are invited to attend, watch the arrivals and have a chance to be among the very first to see the highly anticipated film! 

Those who do not get a ticket to see the film are still welcome to attend and line the red carpet to see the stars of the film in person.

The DIVERGENT tour will visit the following cities over the course of four days and will be attended by the corresponding talent. Talent availability and event dates and locations are subject to change.

Miles Teller joins Emile Hirsch in John Belushi movie

Miles Teller, who is drawing praise for his work in Sundance’s opener Whiplash, may have found his next project: Dan Aykroyd in the John Belushi biopic, which is being directed by Steve Conrad.

Emile Hirsch is starring in the movie and it was Hirsch who made the announcement at a party for the Creative Coalition Saturday night.

“A shout-out to Miles Teller!” he told the packed party. “We’re going to be working together soon. He’s playing Dan Aykroyd in the Belushi movie.” Teller was in the room when Hirch made the proclamation.

CAA, however, is saying any announcement may be premature. The actor does have the offer but insists the actor will take a beat to committing to any new project until after Sundance wraps and he finishes his press duties for his upcoming movie That Awkward Moment.

Aykroyd, one of Belushi’s best friends and frequent collaborator, is an exec producer on the movie, putting Teller in the unique position of portraying someone who is also part of the filmmaking team.

Teller is emerging as one of the top young talents in Hollywood and continues his hot streak that began at Sundance last year with the coming-of-age critical hit The Spectacular Now. He struck again Thursday with his electrifying performance opposite J.K. Simmons in Whiplash, on which buyers quickly pounced. The drama sold Friday for just under $ 3 million to Sony Pictures Classics.

Who was your fave this week? Christina was the one I was most looking forward too and not going to lie - pretty bad ass! She was my most favourite to meet at Comic-Con of the 5 this week.

Highlights from the conference:

• Maggie Q was excited to "climb outside the box" of "action roles" and liked playing Tori, but thinks next movie may include a bit more "action for Tori"
• All enjoyed having Veronica Roth on set with them.
• Miles Teller joked and talked a lot.
• Pranks on set: Miles leaving a note and balloon for cast mates signed from Veronica Roth. Had Ben Lloyd-Hughes thinking maybe (**SPOILER ALERT**) Al  would have a role in the 2nd movie
• Talked about moments in their past where they had to "choose a path" like their characters "chose Dauntless" many spoke about career changes, decision to be actor. Amy Newbold came from nursing school and helping out at her church to becoming an actress.
