Nashville's Clare Bowen rocks

I love Nashville. During my Christmas holidays I watched every episode from the start and became obsessed. I especially love Clare Bowen's character Scarlett....
I found
this interview and it is making me excited for upcoming episodes...

It feels like Scarlett’s in her own show. Do you ever even see Connie or Hayden?
Everybody is going to crash into each other. You got a taste of that at the Ryman when Rayna [Connie Britton] and Juliette [Hayden Panetierre] were performing “Wrong Song.” More of that is to be expected.

Scarlett was just watching from afar, though.
You gotta think back to the pilot, and I can’t say more than that.

Oh! I was wondering where that producer guy Watty White went! He got all excited about “If I Didn’t Know Better” and then just disappeared.
Yeah, you’re on the right track.

So you have spent some time with Connie then. How’s that going?
That scene in the pilot when Scarlett meets Rayna for the first time, that’s pretty much me when I met Connie. She was amazing in Friday Night Lights, and I’m just rewatching American Horror Story now because I loved it so much. She told me that’s when she adopted her son, Eyob. “Yeah, I did it when I was in murder house.”

Also exciting.... Clare is going to have an album....

Are you planning to record anything of your own?
Oh, yes, I’m writing at the moment. I’ve got to find spaces in between when there aren’t cameras on me. It’s a nice problem to have.

Is your writing process different from Scarlett and Gunner’s?
It’s very much like that. It starts with an idea. That’s all you need. Whichever one gels with the person that you’re writing with, you go from there and anything can happen.

I had no idea she was Australian / had an accent.

Big Brother 15 brings some changes...

Summer feels so far away, but my favourite reality summer guilty pleasure (BIG BROTHER) is in full planning mode... Some major changes coming this season and I am super excited.... BBN

CBS has announced the Big Brother 15 premiere will arrive two weeks earlier than normal this summer. That’s a huge change for the series, but the less examined part of that announcement was a switch in which nights the episodes would air.

CBS says BB15 episodes will buck the recent seasons’ schedule and instead air on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Moving the weekday broadcasts up a night means the HGs will have more time before a Friday nomination and less time after a Monday PoV ceremony if production keeps the in-house events on the same old schedule. Houseguests will get an extra day to fight, struggle, and be good hamsters filled with paranoia. Just the way we like them!

Clarification: I’m talking real-time events going on in the house and not time differences between episode broadcasts. Events in the house happen days before CBS airs them.

While the broadcast viewers might not notice as significant a change in the house dynamics, it should be a dramatic improvement for fans watching the Live Feeds which is of course where the real game exists and the die hard fans never miss.

What do you think about the Big Brother 15 schedule and its impact on the game?

Seems that the added time (for live feeders, and I am a live feeder) for the plotting and fighting will make it more interesting. I have to say that the Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday long wait has been pretty boring and for the most part, live feeders knew what would happen and then just sat around and waited for live show....

This change up will be good, but also starting earlier makes me happy... sooner the better, let's get this show on the road!!!

Monday Zap2it Spoilers/Previews....

"The Following": The much-hyped serial killer threesome with Jacob, Paul, and Emma happens in tonight's episode. It's not exactly the steamy scene you may have imagined, since it takes place in the shower while one person is fully clothed and the other two are washing off mud and blood. Next week's episode, though, begins with the three of them in bed together, so you can assume that things went further. Elsewhere in casa de murder, Joey finally gets his hands on a phone... just as Claire is about to lose her cool.

"Arrow": "Teen Wolf" star Colton Haynes makes his debut as Roy Harper next week. In the comic books, Roy struggles with major issues like HIV and addiction -- but so far, Haynes' version of the character doesn't go quite so dark. Roy is from the Glades, the shadiest part of Starling City, and he meets Thea when he steals her purse. She chases him down in more ways than one! Despite his less-than-gentlemanly introduction, Willa Holland tells us that it's Thea who actually ends up pursuing Roy romantically, not the other way around. In upcoming episodes, the Glades become very important, and Roy serves as a key figure in that world.

"Teen Wolf": With all that's going on with the new Alphas in Beacon Hills, fan faves Stiles and Derek don't interact much in the first half of the season, but Dylan O'Brien has some ideas about how their first meeting of the year should go. "There aren't any Stereky scenes so far," O'Brien tells us, "But I had an idea for Jeff, that when we do finally meet, and if we have a scene that's very expositional -- like if we come together and something's going on we have to converge and discuss something -- then we should kind of stop at the end of it and before we walk away, Stiles should just say, 'I missed you.' Just to acknowledge it for the fans in little, funny ways."

"The Carrie Diaries": In next week's episode, Sebastian and George meet for the first time at the winter formal -- and it's about as awkward as you might expect. In fact, when Carrie asks George to leave the dance early with her, it's mostly to escape Sebastian's ever-present stare, but George gets the wrong idea. George is surprised to learn that she's a virgin -- and he even likes it. But not in a cool, respectful way. At all.

"Nashville": Looks like Scarlett may be getting a new love interest! A super hunky rodeo cowboy type is moving in to the apartment above hers -- and he's a musician. "Nashville" producers are looking for a guy who can sing current country tunes in the vein of Jason Aldean and Kenny Chesney -- and for this role, the guy has to have a certain swagger. He's a player in the worst sense of the word.
