Breaking Dawn Soundtrack - Scene by Scene *UPDATED*

Tent City was surprised with a soundtrack concert where 5 artists from the Breaking Dawn Part 1 Soundtrack performed for us. I have photos and video clips I can't wait to share, but for now, I wanted to get this post up and started.

I was lucky enough to see Breaking Dawn Part 1 at the L.A. Premiere and three times in NYC. I tried to remember where each song was heard so I could develop a list as I have before of scene by scene soundtrack songs.

During the reception there were a few songs playing but you couldn't always tell which was which...
There were also "throw-backs" to past soundtracks (including Metric and Sia), which was fitting since they were getting married and there are moments when their past relationship and remembering is relevant.

Breaking Dawn Score Recorded

The score was recorded on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the famous Abbey Road Studios in London. “*The score is recorded. *I thought you’d be interested in hearing that NEW MOON composer Alexandre Desplat and ECLIPSE composer Howard Shore both happened to be in London this week and stopped by to visit TWILIGHT and BD composer Carter Burwell. The score was recorded at historic Abbey Road Studios still owned by the Beatles. All six STAR WARS scores were recorded there, as were all three LORD OF THE RINGS scores (also by Howard Shore), and at least HARRY POTTER 7

Carter Burwell wrote 'Renesmee's Lullaby' Robert Pattinson will perform in Breaking Dawn

Carter Burwell composed the score for Twilight and is also working on the Breaking Dawn score. Today he posted on his website and tweeted that he was finished "Renesmee's Lullaby"

This is very exciting....

he just wrote "Renesmee's Lullaby" for Twilight Breaking Dawn 2, which Rob Pattinson will play on camera. The film will be released in November 2012.

Daddy Edward will play for his lil' half-vamp babygirl..... *le sigh*

Anna Kendrick Nominated for a Golden Globe for Up in the Air

Much deserved respect and admiration is due to The Twilight Saga: New Moon and The Twilight Saga: Eclipse star Anna Kendrick, as she has just been announced as a nominee for the Golden Globe award for "Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture" for her work in Up In The Air.

Buzz on the prospect was very positive, but now the deal is sealed, and the sky is literally the limits for this young and talented young lady.

First stop, Golden Globes. Second stop, Academy Awards!

Congratulations to Anna Kendrick for this unbelievable accomplishment!

(Note also that Twilight composer Carter Burwell was also nominated for "Best Score" for his work on Where The Wild Things Are.)
