Gotham, The Flash, and more at #SDCC

Comic-Con will world premiere 'Gothan' later this month...
Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are partnering for their first-ever power block of panels at the fan mega-conference. The cluster includes Fox’s Gotham, NBC’s new fall drama Constantine and The CW’s Arrow and its upcoming spin-off The Flash. The panels include:
– Gotham premiere: A screening of the pilot episode, followed by an appearance by the cast and producers.
– The Flash pilot screening: The Flash pilot that shows how the fastest man on Earth (Grant Gustin) got his powers, then the “cast and producers will stop running long enough to take the stage.”
– Constantine footage: John Constantine (Matt Ryan) makes his TV debut with footage from the upcoming series, then a visit from the cast and creative team.
[PREVIOUS] Although the movie studios at San Diego Comic-Con are known for having blocks of time in which they trot out all of their upcoming programming, the television studios have typically had their programing more spread out — two panels for the same network might premiere back-to-back, but with the exception of Preview Night, TV networks don’t typically take over hours of the same panel block. That’s all changing this year, with the first ever Warner Bros/DC “Saturday Night” event at Comic-Con.WB announced in a press release today that on Saturday, July 26, the studio will be bringing four of its upcoming DC programs to Comic-Con for screenings and cast appearances, from series Gotham, The Flash, Constantine, and Arrow.Attendees will be treated to the world premiere of Gotham, which stars Ben McKenzie (The O.C., Southland) as Detective Jim Gordon, and follows Gordon and other popular Batman characters (including Bruce Wayne, The Penguin, Catwoman, and The Riddler) through their journey to becoming the DC characters we know today. The Flash pilot will also be screened in its entirety, and Constantine fans will be treated to “exclusive footage”. WB and DC haven’t forgotten about their current hit series, Arrow, as the CW series will also be present with “never before seen teaser footage from the upcoming third season”. For each of the panels, it also mentions that cast and crew will be making an appearance on stage as well. There’s no word yet on panel times yet.

#SDCC WB Bags - with super hero capes!
Every year SDCC attendees get a "bag" upon check-in. Last year I got this super cool Big Bang Theory Bag.
Seems this year, the bags have a new twist. CAPES!
SDCC Blog writes:
For the first time, all bags will not only be able to function as a backpack, but will also come with a detachable cape.
Check them out...
The Huffington Post has an exclusive first look at the Supernatural bag, pictured below:

Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive first look at the Arrow and Revolution bags:

TV Guide has an exclusive first look at The Vampire Diaries bags:

And here is a look at the rest of the bags featuring television shows. Unfortunately, we don’t yet have images of any of the bags featuring upcoming feature films:

I would most want Big Bang Theory (again) though I do like them all - I wish we got more than one. Also, last year they wouldn't let you LOOK to pick one, so you were stuck with what you got.... talk about pressure to draw the right one eh?

Monday Zap2it Spoilers/Previews....
"The Following": The much-hyped serial killer threesome with Jacob, Paul, and Emma happens in tonight's episode. It's not exactly the steamy scene you may have imagined, since it takes place in the shower while one person is fully clothed and the other two are washing off mud and blood. Next week's episode, though, begins with the three of them in bed together, so you can assume that things went further. Elsewhere in casa de murder, Joey finally gets his hands on a phone... just as Claire is about to lose her cool.
"Arrow": "Teen Wolf" star Colton Haynes makes his debut as Roy Harper next week. In the comic books, Roy struggles with major issues like HIV and addiction -- but so far, Haynes' version of the character doesn't go quite so dark. Roy is from the Glades, the shadiest part of Starling City, and he meets Thea when he steals her purse. She chases him down in more ways than one! Despite his less-than-gentlemanly introduction, Willa Holland tells us that it's Thea who actually ends up pursuing Roy romantically, not the other way around. In upcoming episodes, the Glades become very important, and Roy serves as a key figure in that world.
"Teen Wolf": With all that's going on with the new Alphas in Beacon Hills, fan faves Stiles and Derek don't interact much in the first half of the season, but Dylan O'Brien has some ideas about how their first meeting of the year should go. "There aren't any Stereky scenes so far," O'Brien tells us, "But I had an idea for Jeff, that when we do finally meet, and if we have a scene that's very expositional -- like if we come together and something's going on we have to converge and discuss something -- then we should kind of stop at the end of it and before we walk away, Stiles should just say, 'I missed you.' Just to acknowledge it for the fans in little, funny ways."
"The Carrie Diaries": In next week's episode, Sebastian and George meet for the first time at the winter formal -- and it's about as awkward as you might expect. In fact, when Carrie asks George to leave the dance early with her, it's mostly to escape Sebastian's ever-present stare, but George gets the wrong idea. George is surprised to learn that she's a virgin -- and he even likes it. But not in a cool, respectful way. At all.
"Nashville": Looks like Scarlett may be getting a new love interest! A super hunky rodeo cowboy type is moving in to the apartment above hers -- and he's a musician. "Nashville" producers are looking for a guy who can sing current country tunes in the vein of Jason Aldean and Kenny Chesney -- and for this role, the guy has to have a certain swagger. He's a player in the worst sense of the word.

My First Comic-Con - Plans for Wednesday & Thursday
Wednesday Night I want to go to the screenings of some CW/WB Pilots:
-666 Park Ave
-Arrow
-The Following
-Revolution
-Cult
Then Thursday is crazy busy. The Breaking Dawn Part 2 panel doesn`t start until later in the day, so for those of you (us?) camping or waiting, it will be a long one.
I have heard rumours of things t keep line-waiters entertained, and from past practice I am sure there will be things going on.
I am learning that SDCC is all about prioritizing and having back up plans. (Thanks T.J. for the advice!)
Since I can't clone myself in the next week here, I have to make sacrifices and be happy I get to do anything....
Here are my goals Thursday:
-Breaking Dawn Part 2
-Dexter
-Disney (Oz, Frankenweenie, Wreck It) - Mainly for OZ
Then if possible / backups:
-Nikita (same time as Dexter, which is my preference, though I'd die to meet Shane West)
-Teen Wolf (same time as Disney, but only care about part of Disney's panel so may opt for Teen Wold instead)
-Expendables 2 (for my hubby)
There are tons of other things I am interested in but I am not sure how much time between and time in lines I will need or have....
