TGIF - I need a weekend NOW

I am so glad to be working but let me tell you - this weekend will be MUCH appreciated!

It's been a REALLY long week and this weekend I plan to relax, go to the drive-in for Last Airbender, Inception (again) and JOnah Hex (maybe - three movies is a late night)

I have posted quite a bit this week on lunch breaks or late at night (though I schedule the posts throughout the day not all at once)

Tonight is Much Music Video Awards in Toronto

Tonight is the Much Music Video Awards in Toronto. IF you haven't seen it, well, it's not at all like your typical awards show... no cue cardes, no teleprompters, and no organization.... it is inanity to be honest, but entertaining because of that fact... you never know what is going to happen.

It's an outdoor stage and Canada isn't exactly known for glorious weather so some years it is interesting...

The fun part is the red carpet before hand, everyone tries to one-up each other on arrivals... crazy vehicles and modes of transportation, hilarious.

It's awesome seeing all the Canadian talent but also some of the top stars show up.

This year has added drama with the Perez Hilton and Miley Cyrus feud (Miley is hosting, Jonas did last year, I predict Beaver Fever (Justin Beiber) next year)

From Twilight this year we will see Ashley Greene, Xavier Samuel and Kellan Lutz at tonight's MMVAs as well as Jackson (though promoting AirBender I believe)
