Gossip Cop Reports:
Adrian Pasdar, who plays Nathan Petrelli on “Heroes,” and is married in real life to Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks, has been formally charged with DUI following his January 27 arrest.
At the time, Pasdar was clocked driving 90 miles per hour on a Los Angeles freeway, reported TMZ. Following a sobriety test, Pasdar was arrested, and held on bail.
Pasdar is slated back in court on February 24. If convicted, he could face up to six months behind bars.
