Some friends and I were there live at 4am this morning for the filming of the Today Show at GRouse Mountain in Vancouver BC.

I am working off of VERY little sleep (We are talking up over 30 hours after 5 hours sleep and then only 3 hours of sleep after that 30 hours... so bare with me)
